HissabOne
Farm workspace

A farm expense tracker for every season and crop

Input costs, buyer and supplier dues, and crop income all end up mixed together when they live in a notebook. HissabOne keeps them organised by farm, season and crop — so you can see what each crop actually made.

The problem

The problem with tracking a farm on paper

Costs for seed, fertiliser, labour and irrigation get logged against the farm in general, not a specific crop or season, so it is hard to tell which crop was profitable. Buyer and supplier dues noted by hand are easy to forget, and there is no single place to see the whole season at a glance.

  • Input costs mixed across crops and seasons, not per crop
  • Buyer and supplier balances tracked from memory or a notebook
  • No easy way to see profit per acre for a specific crop
How HissabOne helps

How HissabOne helps

A Farm workspace organises your records as Farm → Season → Crop. Every expense or income entry can be tagged to the season and crop it belongs to, so the numbers stay separated automatically. Buyers and suppliers are tracked as contacts with a running balance, the same way the rest of HissabOne tracks money given and taken.

What you get

Farm → season → crop structure

Set up a farm, add a season (e.g. Kharif 2026) and the crops grown in it, each with its own area.

Per-acre profitability

Once a crop has its area, income and expenses recorded, the crop profitability report works out the profit per acre for you.

Buyer and supplier balances

Record money given to or taken from a buyer or supplier; HissabOne keeps one running balance per contact and can remind them.

Your own cost categories

Add categories for the costs that matter to you — seed, fertiliser, labour, irrigation — and see spend by category.

Season and crop reports

A season summary and a crop expense report give you the numbers without building a spreadsheet.

Reminders for dues

Set a due date on a buyer or supplier entry and get reminded before or after it is due.

Getting started

  1. Set up a Farm workspace (or add a farm inside one you already have).
  2. Add a season, such as "Kharif 2026", and the crops grown in it with their area.
  3. Record expenses and income against that crop as they happen — seed, labour, sale proceeds.
  4. Open the crop profitability or season summary report to see the per-acre numbers.
  5. Add buyers and suppliers as contacts and record what is given, taken or due.

Questions & answers

Can I track more than one crop in the same season?

Yes — add as many crops as you are growing; each one keeps its own costs, income and profitability separate from the others.

Does it calculate per-acre profit automatically?

Yes. Once a crop has its area and its income and expenses recorded, the crop profitability report works out the per-acre figures for you.

Can I track what buyers and suppliers owe me?

Yes — record money given to or taken from a buyer or supplier as a contact, and HissabOne keeps a running balance and can send reminders.

Is Farms available on every plan?
